    • Spring Fling April 27th raised (INSERT TOTAL FROM CLAYTON after Roxanna checks in with him)
    • Snack Shack April 17th generated $142.25
    • Kindergarten Orientation
      • asked new parents to sign up for PAC emails on the website.
      • provided coffee and light snacks for the incoming parents and Roxanna made a short presentation on behalf of the PAC
    • Bus and field trips
  • Current and near-future PAC events (20 min)  
    • Fun Day
      • Friday, May 17
      • PAC will provide 2 slices of pizza and a piece of fruit for every student. Please advise the PAC of any special food requirements prior to Friday so everyone can participate.
  • Snack Shack
    • Next Snack Shack Wed, May 15
  • Windsor Bursary to a graduating student who previously attended Lynnmour
    • Raised the bursary donation to $500
    • Student will be selected by Windsor

  • Staff Luncheon
    • Move date to Tuesday, June 11th
    • Hecel is happy to lead the organization of this event
    • Keep posted for information on volunteers needed

  • P. I. E. – Parents for Inclusive Education Update (5min)
    • Upcoming guest speaker Kathleen Barter.  She is the district principal of Curriculum.  Do you understand the new curriculum? Do you have questions about the new curriculum?  With her guidance she will walk us through understanding the curriculum and she can answer all our questions.  
    • Lynnmour Elementary Wednesday 5th June, Time:6:30-8:30pm
    • Please rsvp to Mandy at as space is limited
    • Please don’t keep our group a secret!  Tell your friends, neighbours, colleagues and community partners.  Personally invite your classroom teacher and school staff. I would love to see some representation from the high schools too so please share.  This group brings together parents, EA’s, teachers, program providers, admin from schools as well as district level and community partners to engage in an equal partnership conversations on the important issues to all children, families and schools.

    • Position of Vice Chairperson and Windsor Family of Schools Rep will be elected at our AGM on Monday, June 10th at 6:30 pm in the library
