Dear Lynnmour Elementary School Parents, Teachers, Staff, and Community Members,
By now, you should have received an order booklet for “SPRING FLING” tickets. A booklet of five has been sent home with each Lynnmour student. Please help your child sell these tickets to adult members of the family or to adults in your community for $25. These ticket orders will be exchanged for entry tickets, including a $15 Food/Drink Voucher at the event (April 21st, from 6:30 – 9:30 pm at Seymour’s Pub).
Please note that the small portion of each ticket must be returned to the PAC with full payment (in the form of cheque or cash via the PAC Box across from the Kindergarten room or to a member of the PAC Executive). You MUST fill out the order form on the left of the ticket with the ticket holder’s name and contact information for the entry ticket and $15 food/drink voucher to be issued.
The family who sells the most tickets will be recognized at the Spring Fling and will win a prize! Please attempt to sell at least 5 tickets for the Spring Fling, let us know if you require additional ticket order booklets. Our goal is to have over 200 tickets sold by Monday, April 10th so the whole pub may be reserved for our group. Tickets can be purchased until the day of the event, however the earlier the orders are submitted, the better we are able to plan.
